Titania, a maiden heifer, has been sold for £15,000 to Michael McNally's Corchoneyherd Limousins, Cookstown, N. Ireland, in a private sale. This makes Titania the highest priced Limousin Female sold into Northern Ireland. (2003 Record). Titania is by the French imported bull Opera, out of Lumbylaw Ansy, now aged 18yrs and is still going strong at Staveley Limousins. This now takes Ansy's progeny gross receipts to £115,000. Opera also sired Bernish Serena, highest priced female at Dungannon Sale, (N. I.)April 2003 at £3,400 & Staveley Tigra, highest priced calf at the 2002 Red Ladies Derby, Carlisle, at £2,100. |

Tisha, a maiden heifer, has also been sold for £10,000 to Michael McNally's Corchoneyherd Limousins, in a private sale. Tisha's dam is Staveley Nigella (s. Honneur). Her dam is Haltcliffe Dazzler (s. Haltcliffe Aristocrat - sold to South Africa in the late 1980's for £28,000). |
